1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers or businesses via this online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

• The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
• By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
• The contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email or, at the latest, upon receipt of the payment request or at the time of the payment transaction.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

• All prices include applicable sales tax and exclude shipping costs, unless shipping is specified as free of charge.
• Payment is made via the payment methods provided during checkout.

• Stripe may process payments via third-party providers. The charge is made immediately after completion of the order.

4. Delivery / Provision

• Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
• Delivery times are indicated in the shop and are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

• Payment processing is carried out via external payment service providers.
• In particular, data is transmitted to Stripe insofar as this is necessary for payment processing.

10. Dispute Resolution
